That is where we start. We look at your website, forms, calendar and tools, then recommend what to keep, connect or rebuild. You do not need to move everything to start.
What happens after I get in touch?
We review your inquiry and reply by email. Once we understand the work, we agree a written scope, price and timeline. You see drafts before the finished setup is handed over.
Do you write the website copy?
Writing or polishing copy is included within the allowance listed for each website package. Bigger rewrites, brand strategy and content production receive their own scope.
Are software subscriptions included?
The listed prices are for our work. Hosting, software and message charges depend on your setup. We identify those costs before you agree to the project.
Do I need monthly support?
No. Monthly support is optional. Website care, system care and campaign support each have a defined allowance. New builds and larger changes are quoted separately.
Will I own my setup?
Yes. We can work in an account you already own or arrange a setup under your ownership. Your handover explains where things live and how they work.
